5.2 Mainland Business Policy

Critical Policy: To engage Apex Tech for Services on the United Arab Emirates mainland (outside free zones), customers must:

1. Initiate Contact First: Customers must contact Apex Tech directly through official channels (Website inquiry form, email, or phone)
2. NOT Approached by Sales: Apex Tech does not conduct unsolicited sales outreach or approach potential mainland customers
3. Direct Negotiation: All mainland business arrangements are initiated by customer inquiry
4. Separate Licensing: Mainland operations may require separate commercial licensing

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Company IP Rights

All intellectual property contained within the Website, Services, and Content, including but not limited to algorithms, machine learning models, AI systems, course materials, software, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Apex Tech.

6.2 Limited License
